Shipping & Delivery

At Secure Flooring, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably across Canada. This updated Shipping Policy reflects our current shipping methods, rates, and delivery timelines.


Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Once payment is successfully confirmed, orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Processing times may be extended due to vendor stock availability, product sourcing, or unforeseen logistical challenges. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options across Canada:

Standard Shipping – $50

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch

  • If the order exceeds standard weight limits, applicable shipping adjustments will be communicated before order confirmation.

Express Shipping – $60

  • Estimated delivery: 6–7 business days after dispatch

  • Weight-based adjustments may apply for heavier items and will be shared before order confirmation.

Freight Shipments – $100

  • Applicable to large or heavy orders

  • Delivery may require pallet/skid handling

  • Additional pallet or handling fees are not included in the checkout rate and will be billed separately after order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, or product origin.


3. Delivery Areas

Secure Flooring ships exclusively within Canadian provinces and territories. Orders placed for delivery outside Canada may be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Secure Flooring ships an incorrect or defective item.

  • Any additional charges related to excess weight, oversized items, or freight requirements will be communicated prior to shipment.


5. Large Orders, Weight Limits & Pallet Requirements

  • Orders exceeding standard parcel size or weight limits automatically qualify as freight/LTL shipments.

  • Large orders may require a pallet (skid) to ensure safe transportation.

  • Pallet/skid fees are not included in the initial shipping charge.

  • Customers will be informed after order confirmation if palletization is required.

  • Shipment will proceed only after pallet/skid fees are paid in full.


6. Delivery & Access Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper site access for freight deliveries.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to inaccessible locations may result in re-delivery or storage fees charged to the customer.


7. Delivery Issues & Damages

Secure Flooring is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at info@secureflooring.ca. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
