At Secure Flooring, we are dedicated to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and reliably across Canada. This policy outlines important information about the processing, shipping, and delivery of your purchases.

1. Order Processing

Once your payment is successfully confirmed, your order will be processed within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended due to factors such as vendor stock availability, product sourcing, or unforeseen logistical challenges. We appreciate your understanding during such instances.

2. Shipping Time

Standard shipping within Canada generally takes between 5 to 10 business days from the date your order leaves our facility or vendor’s warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please be aware that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the origin of the product.

3. Delivery Areas

Currently, Secure Flooring ships exclusively within Canadian provinces and territories. Orders placed for delivery outside of Canada may be cancelled at our discretion, and a full refund will be issued for any such cancelled orders.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on factors including package weight, dimensions, and destination. These charges are generally non-refundable except in circumstances where Secure Flooring is responsible for an error, such as shipping the wrong item.

5. Delivery Issues

While we strive for timely deliveries, Secure Flooring cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is subject to significant delay, please contact our Customer Support team promptly. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue efficiently.
